Sonja Billi - SOBI Travel and Events

SOBI Travel & Events is a full-service travel and events consultancy specialising in tailor-made luxury travel & destination weddings.

Our irrepressible addiction to luxury hotels and extraordinary experiences makes us a unique key player within the travel and events industry.

Our founder Sonja was born in Italy but has lived in London, the Middle East and Argentina. She started her career in marketing at Time Warner, before moving out to Bahrain to work with the Formula 1 team on organizing luxury sports events. Following this enchanting Middle Eastern adventure, Sonja worked within hospitality for The Leading Hotels of the World for numerous years in their Events Sales department. Sonja’s naturally curious nature took over and missing the action of “being in the field” she decided to start her own agency where she has built an enviable clientele, organising a variety of luxury events for companies as well as private travel work for numerous individuals across the world.
